8. Why is there only US price in your website? I’m not from USA how can I pay you US dollars ?

US dollar has the best negotiability in the world. Every currency can be exchanged to US dollars.

If your primary currency is not USD, you can still pay us USD in PayPal. For Western union, other currencies will be exchanged to USD then be transferred to us. For T/T, you can also pay us US dollars.

9. About Bank Payment

After you paid by Bank, please send the copy of payment information to us. We will pack your parcel at first; so when the money arrive our account, we will send it to you in time, then send tracking number to you by email.

10. Why does the amount you received is less than what I paid in Bank ?

Besides transaction fee in the bank you make transfer, also, there may be some third party Bank Charge you in the process of telegraphic transfer. If the bank in which you make payment has not business relation with our bank, then payment may be sent to a third party bank first, and then send to our bank. If this happen, the third party will charge the transaction fee from the payment, so the payment time will be longer and the amount we receive will be less than the amount you pay us.

11. Can I change the items in my paid order ?

So as not to delay your order, we cannot delete or change the item, including the color and size in the paid order unless it is out of stock. We beg your understanding.

About Returns & Terms

We attach importance to the quality of product and services , so before sending the parcel out, we have to check the product twice again and packaging by ourselves.

1.How to deal with, If the item is defective?

We are sorry that the item is defective, and we will actively deal with such incidents. we also need your help.

First: If the item is defective, please tell us within 3 days of delivery.

Second: please shoot the picture of the item is defective, and then send the picture to us by email, so that I could submit them to our Technical Director, after she check and agree, we will add the news to your next order for free.

Third: if we could not Identification. All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. But in order to compensation for the loss of customers, through our assessment, we will give your some more discounts on the next order.

2. Return or cancellation policy

About Shipping
1. How to package ?
We will ship by International packagesChina post / Epacket/ EMS/DHL/UPS/TNT, or we will shipping by the sea, if the order cubage is more than 1 stere, that depending on the area you live in.
2. Could we have any discount of postage ?
Yes ,of course. we are the Old customer of International express , we can have Preferential cheaper price of the shipping. For example: we are the old customer of EMS, then we can get 40% discount from the post office of the total.
3. How many days it takes ?
General it takes 3-4 working days to all the world by UPS, and, it takes 5-7 working days by EMS, and takes 4-5 working days by TNT/DHL, depending on the area you live in.
4. How to calculated does the postage ?
Postage is calculated in accordance with the weight ,So buy more and save more! For example: the EMS express charge is almost the same price for 1 or 5 items with the package. the heavier the parcel, the cheaper the shipping cost per KG.
5. About the delivery time
After you place an order, we will check your order first and then send the invoice to you within 24 hours. And as our old wholesalers,(order from us before.) we will check your order Priority, and get the items we have stock ready for you first, and then send the invoice to you include the Accurate postage. So that after you pay, and we will send it to you within 1 working day. And as the new wholesalers, general we could send your parcel to you within 2 working days.
6. Tell me the shipping cost before order
The shipping costs depend on the weight, delivery way(EMS, DHL, TNT, UPS, or sea transit), and destination country. So it is difficult for us to declare an exact shipping fee before you place an order ( the weight of one piece bikini is about 0.05kg ,but the leather is about 0.3kg /pc ) . And you could choose the shipping company you like and we will also check all the express and suggest the most suitable way for you . If you are not satisfied with our shipping fee , you also can choose to cancel your order. Thank you for your understanding.
7. About the Local taxes and import duties ?
Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering.

8. How to get tax less or free upon import ?

Any import charges or fees are the buyer's responsibility. In order to ensure you receive your order tax less or free upon import, we will   declare it as a “GIFT” or “SAMPLE” with a lower value. This lower price does not reflect the total price you paid or the market value of the product and may not apply to countries with different tariff rules. If need to using the true value, or any other requests, please write down the information on the “Notes” when you Complete order.

9. Is there any extra charge from you ?

We would not charge extra fee other than actual wholesale price and corresponding shipping fee. Meanwhile, we would not responsible for any bank charge of your payment. The order price does not include Custom tax. We'll try our best to help our clients avoiding custom taxes, but because of the complexity of different countries’ Custom tax policy, we are not sure if your package can pass custom without tax.

10. Why sometimes I can't check on website of express after receiving the tracking number ?

Because sometimes express delays on updating the information on their website. So please be patient and check it some time later.

At first, Please add all the products you want into the shopping cart and then follow the instructions to complete the order form and submit, getting your order number. ( Please record this order number for further inquiries ).

And then ,After you place the order, we will check soon and then send the invoice include the shipping cost to you within 24 hours.( If There are not any email from us within 24 hours since you get the order number, there must be some problem incurred during the process of submitting your order. Third, after you receive the invoice ,please pay soon and tell us the information .So that we could check your pay, and send the parcel to you in time, and then we will tell you the tracking number, so you could check online.

3. What should I do when fail to place order ?

A. Use other browsers. There’re many browsers you can use, such as IE, Firefox, Google chrome, Safari, Opera, etc.

B. If it still doesn’t work, you can copy the goods list including item number, size and color; send us by email together with your username on our site, and also your full shipping address. We’ll place the order for you and then let you know.
 

4. Can you separate my order to several packages in order to avoid tax in custom ?
Usually we send only one package for one order unless it’s too large to be put into one box,but also only one tracking number. If you want us to send two or more packages, please write down the request in the Notice when you submit the order. But more packages, more shipping cost need pay, you know.
5. Can I confirm stock status with you before payment ?
Yes, after you place the order, we’ll check and inform you which items are out of stock, and then send the invoice to you. But as you know, our stock status is changing every hour, so we can’t promise that the items will be still in stock when we prepare your order.
6. What will happen if there are out-of-stock items in my order after payment ?
So as not to delay your order, we'll send out the ready items on time and then recalculate the item prices and shipping fee. All excess payment would be credited to your next order. If you want, we can also refund to your PayPal account.
7. Why my cart is empty when I open it again next day ?
Because our system stores the cart in the cache of the browser, so once the cache has been cleared, the cart will be empty.
